The reason I want to do this is primarily for my grandfather who loved to play Civ II but can't now that there is no VM of Windows XP or similar that I've been able to find for Windows 10. Some suggestions so far have been Dosbox (Which I have tried and never been able to get working) and a browser based version of the game (Which won't work as the computer I want to put it on will not have consistent access to the internet).
